Once we’ve gotten to know your business inside and out, we move into the strategic phase.
Month two is all about developing a clear, actionable growth plan that aligns your priorities, long-term goals, and values. This is also when we work closely with your leadership team to ensure everyone is aligned and prepared for the journey ahead.

We roll up our sleeves and the “real work” begins in month three.
We kick off leadership and team development projects, empowering you and your team with the skills needed to scale and succeed. At the same time, we implement marketing and sales strategies that are crafted specifically for your business and work alongside your team or agency partners to bring them to life. Our approach is always twofold: practical business strategies paired with personal growth projects that ensure you're leading from a place of clarity and purpose. Implementation phase always requires more than a month.
